Types of Cutting:

Oxy/Flame Cutting is a cost-effective method we use to cut steel plates to size with a CNC-controlled machine. Using an oxy-acetylene flame, we can cut plates up to 75mm thick. The process begins by heating a spot on the metal, followed by directing a high-pressure stream of pure oxygen, which ignites and creates a clean cut.

Plasma Cutting transfers energy to conductive materials through a plasma stream, typically formed by gases like nitrogen, oxygen, argon, or air. An electric current ionizes the gas, producing a plasma arc. This method delivers a high-definition finish comparable to laser cutting.
