Do I need a Crane or a Hiab?
This can only be determined with certainty following an onsite measure with one of our craning team to assess ground conditions, reach and requirements.

What size crane do I need?
This depends on the weight of what is being lifted – and the radius which the lifted item needs to reach. Again this is best determined using a site measure with one of our craning team, or otherwise a phone call with some key details can provide a starting point for crane size – and therefore crane rate.

How much notice do I need for crane hire in Warkworth?
The Hiab trucks, and smaller cranes often have better capacity, while our larger mobile cranes can get booked up – especially in summer months when the ground is harder. A quick phone call into the team will allow for availability to be questioned and an answer provided quickly.

Do you handle tilt slab and precast panel installation?
Yes we do, and we have been involved with many of these projects around the Mahurangi area, both residential and commercial. Our team has extensive experience to ensure the craning is completed efficiently and safely.
We can either be engaged as a crane & operator only subcontractor, or alternatively we have onsite staff who are fully trained and experienced with assisting builders/project managers to install concrete panels underneath the hook. We also have a vast array of panel props available for hire.
